The Facility
This barn supplies heat through safe a geothermal in ground system, keeping it pleasant in the cold Wisconsin winters but has great east-west circulation to keep it comfortable in the summer months.
- We have a 66’ x 160’ sand footed indoor (with improvements coming soon)
- 100’ x 180’ enclosed outdoor sand arena – (sorry no trails)
- Four large grassy, four strand cable turnouts for small herd turnout and pastures.
- Matted large stalls cleaned daily and bedded with shavings
- Full supplemented textured grain fed morning and evening with fine quality alfalfa/grass hay as well as hay fed outside in winters while in turnout.
- Indoor wash stall with hot and cold water.
- Turnout is important to us! Horses are turned out daily unless extreme weather conditions.
- We have an indoor handicap accessible restroom with shower for those “in a hurry days”!
- 24/7 accessibility to your equine friend with intended keypad security.
- Heated lounge with viewing of indoor arena.
- Large tack rooms
- Trailer parking available (with proof of comprehensive insurance)
- Specialized short term cares available i.e. wraps, wound care, ointment application (for additional fee or incorporated in training fee)
